TAKE CARE THAT YOU DONT DELETE UR IMPORTANT EXE FILES

If ur pen drive has many softwares (.exe’s), then dont perform the fifth step.

hi all, i urgently need a solution.
i have a pendrive 32gb. it is infected with a worm, which does not allow
to delete any files on the pendrive.
next it does not allow to format the pen and it always display pendrive is right protected while their is no option to right protect the drive.
please help me out. thnx.

check the user permissions (if your pendrive is NTFS file system)
or may be your pendrive got corrupted, better get it replaced.

Hi Piyush,
My USB & PC was infected because of Trojan Back Door virus. I tried removing from AVG Antivirus software, but this software only detect and unable to remove because this virus has affected my some windows file. i had also tried Trojan anti virus. This software had deleted virus from my PC but also my windows files.
I had copied all my softwares on my 8 GB Pendrive. So i couldn’t format this USB due to loss of important data.
Thanks to your Hunt and Delete software. This software had deleted my virus from USB & best things is i haven’t lost any data from my pendrive.
I had formatted my PC & then i have installed all software from USB. After installing software, i had scanned my PC but i couldn’t found any virus.
Thanks a ton. Good work. Keep suggesting some more softwares.

Hi Ayoob,
I suggest you try Hunt and Delete software uploaded by Piyush. In case you cant solve this error, then you should try HDD Low Level Formating Software. just google it and you will find. If you can’t then mail me. i will forward the same.
Keep One thing in mind. Low Level formatting will remove your Right protection error but also delete all files from Pen Drive. So be careful.
If you still not able to solve, then there are few software which are provided by manufacturer. please download accordingly.

hi piyush, i am aritra and i want to tell you that i have used the hunt and delete.Zip file but the virus in my pen drive is not going and in my phones memory card there is a virus and whenever i plug the mobile phone to my USB drive the computer gets slow. I have used avast home edition(updated)but it detects it but it cannot remove the virus.so please help me

it won’t go if you have virus in your system…
first you need to remove virus from your windows.
if your removable disk is NTFS system, “Permissions” of files/folders might be creating problem while deleting.
or otherwise the virus file might be in use.

Whenever I connect my 4 GB Amkette Pendrive to My Laptop , I got message from Quick heal which i install in my laptop that
“Detected w32.Autorun.Gen.in”
G:\autorun.inf
File was repaired
after I Ok on this message within 5 second again comes this message & every 5 second this message come. Also In my laptop , In all drive One Folder made Autorun.inf , in which zhengbo nade empty folder made. but its not deletable.
What i do ?
G:\ is my usb drive..

your pendrive might be picking up this virus from other comps on which you are using this.
if you are not using it on any other comp (no other than your lappy), then it means you have active virus in your laptop.

“Autorun.inf” file contains virus codes.
“Autorun.inf” folder is a trick used to prevent formation of “Autorun.inf” file
Make an “Autorun.inf” folder in your pendrive as well… Most of the cases the viruses are unable to delete “Autorun.inf” folder.

hello guys,
if u all r getting this problem. I giving u workable suggestion that u can remove this virus permanently means even feature. but for this u have to some work
the work is following below here:-
first u download Rising antivirus
then scan ur pen drive with it
now just format ur pen drive once with command line
to follow this command
c:\ format e:(pen drive)
enter for format
yes
now u make own autorun.inf
with just type
go to ur pen drive e:
e: copy con autorun.inf
write something in it
then press ctrl+z and enter
then
e:\ attrib +R autorun.inf
and now hidden this file
e:\ attrib +H autorun.inf
now ur pen drive will not be fill with this virus
